Meet our CEO, Dr. Natasha Mickel
Dr. Mickel has over 15 years of experience developing content and delivering training across a multitude of topics that include: diversity, equity and inclusion, mentoring, communication and advocacy. She has published in national journals, managed large business projects, built new academic programs, and led cross-functional teams designing innovative ways to support inclusivity.
She believes that in order to grow, everyone must accept a shared responsibility to be more supportive and inclusive in their personal and working environment.
The change needed to diversify any setting has to be a shared responsibility by all.
